""Travelers are increasingly looking for more than just a conventional hotel room. They want private spaces with memorable design and areas where they can spend quality time with the people who matter to them," said Lana Reficul, Chief Marketing Officer at Pattaya Land."Thailand-based luxury hospitality group Pattaya Land has announced the planned opening of Lost Pattaya Land, an all-suite hotel near Walking Street, alongside continued expansion of its private luxury pool villa portfolio in Pattaya, Koh Samui and Koh Phangan.

Pattaya, Thailand – October 20, 2026 – Pattaya Land

The group owns and operates its properties directly, managing a portfolio of private pool villas and hotels in Pattaya and on the islands of Koh Samui and Koh Phangan. According to information published on the company website, the properties are aimed at international travelers looking for high-end accommodation, privacy and theme-driven design.

The company frames its approach through a "You Only Live Once" philosophy, positioning its accommodation for family vacations, group trips, business travel, private celebrations and reunions. Its presence has grown around the Walking Street area of Pattaya and extended into two island destinations, with bookings handled through the company website and third-party travel platforms.

The portfolio operates under a set of individual property brands, which according to the company include Manjiland, Starland, Potterland, Nebuland, Joopland, Hideland, Tucheland, Wowland, Lumaland, Goldland, Empireland and Izzyland.

Each property features its own visual identity and atmosphere. The company describes Starland as its first luxury villa with a glass-walled and glass-bottomed swimming pool, and Manjiland is a jungle-inspired villa featuring a striking orange swimming pool. Potterland invites guests into an original world of magic, inspired by a wizard-school. Empireland draws on Greco-Roman architecture. On Koh Samui the group operates sea-view villas including Blue Elephant, Blue Tiger and Blue Butterfly, and on Koh Phangan a beachfront collection comprising Sea Land, Beach Land, Wave Land and Sand Land.

The next addition is Lost Pattaya Land, an all-suite luxury hotel located near Walking Street. According to information published on the company website, the property will offer 49 suites in a loft duplex layout, each with a private jacuzzi, steam room, sauna and karaoke lounge, and either a golf simulator or a private cinema room.

"Travelers are increasingly looking for more than just a conventional hotel room. They want private spaces with memorable design and areas where they can spend quality time with the people who matter to them," said Lana Reficul, Chief Marketing Officer at Pattaya Land. "Expanding across Pattaya, Koh Samui and Koh Phangan lets us to deliver that experience across multiple destinations while maintaining our own standards and identity."

Alongside accommodation, the group coordinates guest activities including island and beach excursions, golf, family outings, adventure trips, dining, market visits, beach club access and private events. The plan for 2026 and 2027 continues a pattern of adding themed properties across Thailand's established leisure destinations, a segment in which operators have increasingly competed on design and privacy rather than room count.
