Headquartered in Bryan, Texas, Horseshoe Construction was founded in 1992 by Rick Holt. The company specializes in cured-in-place pipe (CIPP), laterals, horizontal directional drilling (HDD), CCTV, pipe bursting, sliplining, open cut, manhole rehabilitation and more.
