Cersanit Factory In Zviahel Halts Operations Following Russian Attacks
“On the nights of September 11–12 and October 15–16, the factory in Zviahel was targeted in drone attacks. As a result, the building and key components of the production line sustained severe damage. All employees who were on the premises at the time were safely evacuated. No one was killed or injured,” the post reads.
The company noted that, under the current circumstances, it could no longer guarantee the safety of its employees. Intense attacks, frequent air raid alerts and the resulting evacuations, temporary power outages, and voltage fluctuations have made stable and safe operations impossible.
“Consequently, the management board decided to completely halt production at the Cersanit factory in Zviahel,” Cersanit Ukraine said.
