Over 40% Of New Industrial Project Leased In King Hussein Bin Talal Development Area
Mafraq, Oct. 14 (Petra) - More than 40 percent of the newly constructed standard industrial units in the King Hussein Bin Talal Development Area (KHBTDA) have already been leased, according to Daman for Development Zones Company CEO Liza Dughmi.
Spanning over 12,520 square meters, the facility features ready-to-use industrial hangars sized at roughly 500 square meters and 320 square meters.
Dighmi noted that high demand for turnkey facilities has boosted the zone's appeal by allowing small factories to set up operations with low upfront costs.
The initiative is expected to support small and medium enterprises, spur job creation, and drive industrial investment in the area, according to the CEO.
