The in vivo study demonstrated significant tumor regression in a breast cancer model following a single 3 mg/kg dose, with no observed decrease in body weight. The results also showed that both BiTAC-ADC components were required to produce the intended tumor-specific response.

Additional in vitro studies demonstrated the platform's ability to distinguish cancer cells from healthy cells, prevent the release of active toxins outside the tumor and target multiple cancer cell lines. The findings support the potential of BiTAC-ADCs to deliver efficacy comparable to conventional antibody-drug conjugates while offering a differentiated safety profile designed to reduce systemic toxicity.
