Synarchy Consulting Establishes Africa Hub in Nairobi

(MENAFN- Absolute Communications ) Dubai advisory firm opens an Africa base focused on AI adoption, institutional transformation, digital public infrastructure and impact assurance

Dubai, United Arab Emirates – October 12th, 2026: Synarchy Consulting, a management and technology advisory firm based in Dubai, has announced the launch of its Africa hub in Nairobi, establishing a permanent base for its work with governments, development institutions, financial services organisations and enterprises across the continent.
This expansion follows 4 years of sustained engagement across Africa in AI, institutional and digital transformation, and impact-led development programs. The Synarchy team has supported various assignments at both the pan-African and country levels, covering strategy, technology, institutional design, research, and independent program assurance, with multi-country initiatives aimed at youth employment, entrepreneurship, and digital skills development.

In Africa’s rapidly evolving advisory landscape, the Nairobi hub will position Synarchy to work more closely with clients in addressing AI and institutional priorities.
Ramki Jayaraman, Managing Partner of Synarchy Consulting, said: “Africa has been part of my professional life for decades, and the work we have delivered across the continent over the past four years has reinforced how quickly the advisory agenda is changing. Institutions are no longer asking only what AI can do. They are asking where it can create meaningful impact, how it should be adopted responsibly and how results can be verified. After several years of sustained work on the ground, establishing a permanent base in Nairobi was the natural next step.”

A specialist, senior-led model built around local context
Synarchy’s Africa model is deliberately designed around specialist expertise and senior-level involvement. Experienced advisory teams work alongside local practitioners, researchers, and specialist partners on each project, with senior professionals involved from the initial stages of definition to implementation support.
From Nairobi, Synarchy will concentrate on five key areas of growing demand:
▪ AI strategy and capacity building: Supporting governments, development institutions and impact-led programs to move from experimentation to scalable, responsibly governed adoption.
▪ National and institutional transformation: Providing AI readiness assessments, sector strategies, institutional operating models and transformation roadmaps.
▪ Impact program strategy, delivery and assurance: Supporting the design, governance, and delivery of multi-country programs in youth employment, entrepreneurship, and digital skills, with monitoring and evaluation frameworks, independent quality assurance, reporting systems, and partner readiness.
▪ Digital public infrastructure: Supporting readiness assessments, strategy, program assurance and post-implementation review of national and sector-level digital systems.
▪ Strategy, digital transformation and human capital: Helping enterprises and family-owned businesses through growth, technology change and organisational transition.
Synarchy's research-intensive and multi-market engagements use ARIA, an AI-assisted research and analysis methodology, allowing for the systematic collection, assessment, and synthesis of large amounts of evidence. Beyond client work, Synarchy contributes to Africa's evolving AI policy and capacity-building agenda through technical working groups and practitioner forums.

Nairobi: Synarchy’s Africa hub
Nairobi serves as Synarchy's Africa hub, located at the Global Trade Centre in Westlands. This hub will act as the base for the firm's engagements across the continent. It builds on Synarchy's existing work in multiple African markets and, through its network of practitioners and specialist partners, enhances its ability to support assignments across the region.
Ramki Jayaraman added: “We do not see Africa as a single market, and we do not believe advisory models developed elsewhere can simply be transplanted from one country to another. Our ambition is not to build the largest advisory firm in Africa. It is to build a highly capable specialist one: close to our clients, senior-led, technology-enabled and grounded in evidence and local context. We want to combine African expertise with international standards of analysis and execution, particularly in areas where institutions are navigating change without an established playbook.”
Together, the Dubai and Nairobi offices give Synarchy a permanent presence and strengthen its ability to serve clients on both sides of the Middle East and Africa corridor.
