Drew Caveney-Holler
- PhD Candidate in International Relations, Durham University
I am an ESRC-funded PhD candidate at the School of Government and International Affairs at Durham University. My work primarily focuses on how Russia and the EU intervene in local collective memory narratives in the Western Balkans, and the effect that this may have on peace processes.
I also conduct policy-facing research on public preparedness for foreign information manipulation and interference (FIMI), which is supported by the UKRI 'Network Plus: Shifting Global Polarities' initiative.
I have an MSc in International Development from the University of Manchester, a BA in History from the University of Exeter, and a PGCert in Research Methods from Durham University.
I have five years experience as a private academic tutor. Before that, I spent several years working in hospitality and retail.
