Russian Forces Attack Odesa, Infrastructure Damaged
(MENAFN- UkrinForm) Head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration Serhii Lysak reported this on Telegram, according to Ukrinform.
"The enemy attacked Odesa. Infrastructure was damaged," Lysak said.
He noted that details were still being clarified.
