Hotwire's Laura Macdonald Joins Finn Partners As Global Tech Leader
NEW YORK - Finn Partners has hired former Hotwire Americas president Laura Macdonald to lead its global technology practice.
Macdonald, who is based in San Francisco, will report to global CEO Peter Finn and oversee Finn's nearly 300-person global technology practice. The business generated $50.3 million in fees in 2025 and added more than 50 technology clients over the past year, including Boston Dynamics, Fiserv and SUSE.
Macdonald spent more than a decade at Hotwire, holding leadership roles in the US, UK and globally. She most recently served as president of the Americas after previously serving as chief growth officer.
The global technology leadership position has been open since Sabrina Guttman left Finn in September 2024. Guttman had led the practice since joining the agency in 2022.
Finn's technology work spans consumer and B2B sectors including AI, cybersecurity, fintech and robotics. Clients include 2K, Comcast, IEEE, Dayforce, Netscout and TP-Link.
