Taras Shevchenko Museum Damaged In Russian Attack On Kyiv
“The National Taras Shevchenko Museum in central Kyiv was also damaged during the attack,” the statement said.
Specialists are inspecting the museum building and assessing the extent of the damage.
The National Taras Shevchenko Museum is a literary and art museum in Kyiv dedicated to the life and work of Ukrainian poet, artist, philosopher and public intellectual Taras Shevchenko.
The museum has previously been damaged by Russian attacks. On October 10, 2022, a blast wave damaged the National Taras Shevchenko Museum building during a massive Russian missile strike on Kyiv.
