ViceVersa Tools Launches Windows Utility That Converts Lotus Notes NSF Files to PDF Documents

(MENAFN- ViceVersa Tools) NEW DELHI, India — September 17, 2026 — ViceVersa Tools has released an NSF to PDF converter for Windows, giving Lotus Notes users a way to turn saved NSF mail files into PDF documents that open on any device, no Notes installation required.
NSF is the format Lotus Notes uses to store mail, but you still need Notes, or a compatible viewer, on hand to open one later. PDF removes that dependence, keeping the message content and layout intact in a file format almost anything can read.
Converting is a three-step process: point the tool at the NSF file, choose PDF as the output, and select a destination folder. A full folder of NSF files converts in one run, so there's no need to work through them one at a time.
"Notes mail tends to get left behind whenever a company moves off the platform, and then someone still needs to read it years later," said a spokesperson for ViceVersa Tools. "This just gives that mail a format that doesn't depend on Notes still being around."
You can download a free trial now from the ViceVersa Tools website, and pay for a license if you want to continue using it. The tool runs on Windows 7 through Windows 11, in both 32-bit and 64-bit versions.
