Russian Missile Strike On Kyiv Injures 12, Including Children, Buildings Damaged

The attack damaged office and residential buildings in the capital, with destruction reported in the Dniprovskyi, Sviatoshynskyi and Solomianskyi districts.

According to preliminary information, debris fell at several locations in the Dniprovskyi district, damaging an office building and a residential building, as well as windows in several homes. The glazing and façade of a three-story office building were also damaged.

In the Sviatoshynskyi district, a non-residential building was reportedly hit, while a warehouse building was destroyed in the Solomianskyi district. No fire was initially reported at the warehouse.

The number of casualties increased throughout the night. At 04:03, Klitschko reported six injured people, five of whom had been hospitalized. The Kyiv City Military Administration subsequently reported 10 injured, before the Mayor confirmed that the toll had risen to 12 by 04:30, including two children.

All those injured are receiving necessary medical assistance.

As reported by Ukrinform, an air raid alert was issued in Kyiv and several regions due to a missile threat.
