Dr Chloe Casey is a Lecturer in Nutrition and Behaviour within the Faculty of Health, Environmental and Medical Sciences at Bournemouth University. Chloe is a PhD supervisor and leads taught units in nutrition, psychology, research methods, and behaviour change as part of the undergraduate and postgraduate programmes.

Chloe is an Registered Associate Nutritionist, accredited by the Association for Nutrition (AfN). She is a graduate member of the British Psychological Society (BPS) and is recognised as an Associate Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (AFHEA).

Chloe is passionate about promoting healthy eating across diverse communities. Her current research interests include the social and psychological impacts on eating behaviour, nutrition in underserved groups, and the role of a healthy diet in the recovery from alcohol use disorder.
