“The teams are indeed working on the possibility of a meeting between the Presidents of Ukraine and the United States and on its substance, to make it as substantive as possible. That is all I can say at this point,” Tykhyi said.
President Zelensky's visit to New York would necessarily include a Ukrainian-American component, he added.
“I mean not only a meeting with the President (of the United States - Ed.), but also other contacts - with members of Congress, business circles, and the Ukrainian community in the United States. So the agenda is much broader,” the Foreign Ministry spokesperson clarified.

As previously reported by Ukrinform, President Volodymyr Zelensky said he hoped to meet with US President Donald Trump in New York the following week, with a maritime truce and an energy truce expected to be the key topics.
