QSE Index Closes Lower
Doha: The Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE) index lost 135.99 points, or 1.39 percent, to close Wednesday's trading session at 9,637.76 points.
A total of 148,534,234 shares were traded during the session, with a combined value of QAR 359,708,124.974 via 22,232 transactions across all sectors.
Shares of six companies advanced in Wednesday's session, while 45 others declined, and two companies remained unchanged from their previous closing prices.
Market capitalization stood at QAR 582,708,891,276.390 at the close of trading, compared with QAR 589,654,687,654.656 at the end of the previous session.
