Prime Minister Meets Singapore's Foreign Minister
Doha, Qatar: Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs HE Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al-Thani received on Wednesday the Minister for Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Singapore HE Dr Vivian Balakrishnan, who is currently visiting the country.
During the meeting, they reviewed cooperative relations between the two countries and ways to support and enhance them. They also discussed the latest regional developments, particularly diplomatic efforts and joint coordination aimed at de-escalation and the promotion of security and stability in the region.
Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs affirmed the State of Qatar's support for all diplomatic efforts and initiatives aimed at a solution that guarantees freedom of maritime navigation and paves the way for a comprehensive agreement to achieve sustainable peace in the region.
