At the event, HOLM presented its Dubai projects, including HOLM One, Linea by HOLM, HOLM Central and One Peninsula. Together, the projects represent the company's growing residential portfolio in Dubai, with a focus on considered design, functionality and long-term value.

HOLM One is located in Jumeirah Garden City, while Linea by HOLM reflects the company's approach to practical and well-planned urban living. HOLM Central further expands the developer's presence in Jumeirah Garden City, alongside the company's broader portfolio of residential developments in Dubai.

HOLM also presented its first international development in Batumi, Georgia, located on Ambassadori Island. The project forms part of a wider waterfront masterplan that brings together residential, hospitality, retail, leisure and cultural destinations.

Speaking about the event and the company's continued growth, Sergey Avayan, CEO of HOLM Developments, said:
