Sybiha On Russian Attacks On Railway: This Is Attempt To Paralyze Civilian Life

(MENAFN- UkrinForm) Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha wrote about this on the social media platform X, according to Ukrinform.

He noted that Russian terror continues without pause and that the attacks follow the same deliberate logic.

“Russian forces strike passenger train s, locomotives, stations, and railway routes knowing exactly how essential they are for civilians, evacuations, and Ukraine's economy. This is not collateral damage. It is a systematic hunt for people and an attempt to paralyse civilian life,” he said.

The minister noted that the international response cannot be sporadic, while Russian terror is a daily occurrence.

“Every Russian attack must trigger new pressure. Every attack must bring new sanctions against Russia's revenues, technology, production, and supply chains. The price of aggression must rise every single day that Russia continues it,” Sybiha urged.

He emphasized that Russia must lose the means to continue this terror, and its war machine must collapse, while Ukraine needs more air defense systems and interceptors.“If Moscow chooses escalation every day, then the pressure on Moscow must also intensify every day,” the diplomat added.
