QNA Concludes Digital Corporate Reputation Management Course With Qatar University
Attended by QNA staff and representatives from various government entities, the programme aimed to enhance participants' expertise in building, protecting, and strengthening digital institutional reputation to boost performance and stakeholder trust.
Led by Associate Professors Dr Moez ben Messaoud and Dr Taleb al-Adbah from Qatar University's Department of Mass Communication, the course covered key reputation metrics, such as credibility and transparency, while addressing threats like fake news and cyberattacks.
Participants engaged in practical exercises covering social media content analysis, digital crisis simulation, and risk mitigation strategies.
