Secretary of State Marco Rubio spoke with Syrian Foreign Minister Asaad al-Shaibani today to discuss regional security issues and increasing cooperation between the two countries. The Secretary also stressed the importance of ongoing integration of all of Syria's minority groups and lauded Syria's progress with the IAEA.
