Zelensky Appoints Commander Of Communications And Cybersecurity Forces
"Appoint Oleksii Oleksandrovych Kovalenko as Commander of the Communications and Cybersecurity Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine," the decree states.
Brigadier General Oleksii Kovalenko had served as acting commander of the Communications and Cybersecurity Forces since 2023.
