Drone Crashes Near Military Airfield In Germany - Media
Numerous police officers and other emergency services arrived at the scene. The area around the crash site was searched to determine the drone's origin and establish the circumstances of the incident.
It has not yet been reported who launched the drone or whether it was deliberately directed at the airfield.
Police are continuing their investigation.

The airfield is home to the German armed forces' transport aviation fleet. Therefore, the appearance of a drone in the immediate vicinity of the military facility has drawn heightened attention from law enforcement authorities.
As previously reported by Ukrinform, Rheinmetall CEO Armin Papperger said that Germany is currently insufficiently protected against drone attacks and must urgently expand its capabilities to detect and destroy drones, as similar incidents are likely to become more frequent.
