The Ministry Of Endowments Issues A New Book To Revive The Components Of Arab Identity And Rebuild Cultural Foundations

The Ministry of Awqaf and Islamic Affairs, represented by the Department of Islamic Research and Studies, has issued its first book in the series "In Clear Arabic Language," titled "Arabic: Present Horizons and Future Prospects: Towards Cultural Reconstruction and Reviving the Components of Identity."

The publication documents the proceedings of the first intellectual scientific symposium in this series, held on November 4, 2025, at Imam Sheikh Muhammad bin Abdulwahhab Mosque, with the participation of a select group of academics and specialized researchers.

Sheikh Dr. Ahmed bin Mohammed bin Ghanem Al Thani, Director of the Department of Islamic Research and Studies at the ministry, affirmed that the seminar "In a Clear Arabic Language" is an annual event aimed at serving the Arabic language, elevating its status, and activating its pivotal role in shaping Islamic identity. He emphasized that the Arabic language represents security for this nation, a symbol of its identity, and a cradle of its civilization.

For his part, Mr. Mishari Ali Al-Namlan, Assistant Director of the Department of Islamic Research and Studies at the ministry, pointed out that the connection of nations with their languages is the secret of their distinction and dignity, explaining that Arabic possesses a hidden power in unifying ranks and building bridges of civilizational communication throughout history.

It is worth noting that this publication comes as an extension of the series of diverse intellectual and scientific efforts and seminars organized by the Department of Islamic Research and Studies to spread Arab-Islamic culture and promote knowledge-based and developmental dialogue.
