Aliyev, Turkish FM Fidan Discuss Deepening Baku-Ankara Alliance
(MENAFN) Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev welcomed Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan in Baku on Tuesday, marking the start of a two-day visit, according to a statement from the Azerbaijani presidency.
Fidan opened the meeting by relaying greetings on behalf of Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan. Aliyev thanked him in turn and asked that his own greetings be passed back to Erdogan.
