Zelensky Briefed On New Interceptors For Jet-Powered Drones
"Reports on countering Russian 'shaheds' and our work with manufacturers on a new generation of drone interceptors – to defend against jet-powered 'shaheds.' There are solutions, and testing is underway. We are accelerating all processes. Ukraine needs a working defense solution in sufficient numbers and with the required effectiveness," Zelensky said.
According to him, the briefings also focused on steps that could speed up the process. "The financial foundation for this work has been secured," the President emphasized.
He added that reports on the situation at the front were also presented.

As previously reported, Zelensky said that 67 companies currently operate in Ukraine that are capable of mass-producing systems for shooting down jet-powered drones. According to him, three to five companies have already demonstrated results.
