Kryvonos Confirms Meeting With Zelensky To Discuss Call Center Situation

(MENAFN- UkrinForm) Kryvonos announced this at a briefing, according to a Ukrinform correspondent.

“We had a meeting with the President. During the meeting, we discussed the overall situation with call centers-how widespread the problem is and how much damage it causes,” he said.

Kryvonos noted that during the meeting with the President, he was briefed in detail on the problems with call centers in Ukraine.

As previously reported, on Monday, September 14, Prosecutor General Ruslan Kravchenko-after submitting his resignation on September 7-stated that he had signed a notice of suspicion against NABU Director Semen Kryvonos.

He is accused of forging official documents to obtain an unlawful benefit on an especially large scale and of a sham adoption intended to artificially create grounds for evading legal responsibility in court.

Kravchenko subsequently released the text of the indictment and case materials regarding Kryvonos.

He also reported that he had traveled abroad on a business trip.

For their part, NABU and the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office (SAPO stated that they view the indictment against NABU Director Semen Kryvonos as a continuation of the attack on anti-corruption agencies.

President Volodymyr Zelensky called on the Verkhovna Rada to immediately support the dismissal of Ruslan Kravchenko from the post of Prosecutor General.

The Verkhovna Rada received the President's submission regarding the dismissal of Ruslan Kravchenko from the post of Prosecutor General.

The Verkhovna Rada will consider the issue of Prosecutor General Ruslan Kravchenko's resignation on September 15.
