HE the Minister of Municipality Abdullah bin Hamad bin Abdullah al-Attiyah and HE the Ministry of Foreign Affairs' Department of Protocol director Ibrahim Yousef Fakhro, along with the members of the diplomatic community, Qatari officials, and other guests, attended the event.
