Israel Heightens Naval Readiness Over Houthi Advances in Yemen
(MENAFN) Israel has increased the readiness of its naval forces amid growing concerns over the expanding presence of Yemen’s Houthi group near the strategic Bab el-Mandeb Strait, according to reports.
Israeli security officials are closely following developments after the Houthis strengthened their presence along Yemen’s Red Sea coastline and expanded their influence around the important maritime passage.
