‎Recognition of Okta Properties' contribution to supporting the growth and development of the real estate sector in the Emirate‎ ‎The honor comes during the 22nd edition of the International Real Estate Show 2026‎ ‎A new step consolidates the company's long-term presence in the Dubai real estate ecosystem‎

‎Dubai, UAE: ‎‎Okta Properties, one of the UAE's leading real estate development and sales management companies, has been honoured by the Dubai Land Department (DLD) and the Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) for its contribution to Dubai's real estate sector at the 22nd edition of the International Property Show 2026.‎

‎The company was named the“Best Selling Real Estate Office in Freehold Areas”, while Fawaz Souss, Founder and CEO of Okta Real Estate, was honoured for achieving the highest number of real estate sales in the“Non-Emirati Broker” category. The Dubai Land Department (DLD) and RERA presented the two honours in recognition of the outstanding performance in sales and the company's contributions to the growth and development of Dubai's real estate sector.‎

‎This recognition comes at an important stage in the real estate market cycle in Dubai. According to data released by the Dubai Land Department, the emirate recorded real estate transactions worth AED 252 billion during the first quarter of 2026, with an annual growth of 31%, while the value of foreign investments reached AED 148.35 billion, an increase of 26%, and 29,312 new investors entered the market during the same period.‎

‎These key indicators reflect the strength of demand and the depth of market activity that is currently witnessing, but Okta Properties believes that they should be read in the full context of the real estate market cycle, including increasing supply, intensifying competition, and buyers' more selective and accurate approach to purchasing decisions. ‎‎For Okta Properties, this recognition is a recognition of what the company has achieved to date, and at the same time signals the beginning of a new phase of growth and development.‎‎ ‎‎As the market matures, it becomes increasingly important to be able to accurately read its cycles, determine the appropriate location for each real estate product, maintain pricing discipline, and integrate implementation across the various stages of development, design, marketing, and sales.‎

‎Fawaz Souss, Founder and CEO of Okta Properties‎‎, ‎‎said ‎‎:“This recognition reflects what our team has achieved to date, but more importantly, it sets the tone for the next phase. The real estate sector is cyclical in nature, and we do not base our strategy on a single quarter results or a significant number of transactions, but on our ability to understand market cycles, respond early to shifts, put products in place, and turn opportunities into value across different market conditions.”‎

‎”‎‎We expect the market to become more competitive and selective, and this is where expertise and quality of execution are important. At the same time, the fundamentals of Dubai and the UAE remain exceptionally strong.‎

‎Continued government investments in infrastructure, enhanced connectivity, tourism, quality of life, and the broader economy have contributed significantly to reshaping the structural foundations of the market. For companies with a long-term vision, it gives us the confidence to continue to build and invest during periods of rebalancing, rather than being dragged into short-term volatility and noise.”‎

‎Today, Okta Real Estate operates under an integrated real estate platform that includes Okta Properties, Okta Developments, House of Okta Design, House of Okta Marketing, and Okta Investments. Through this system, Okta Properties' sales exceeded 9,500 real estate units, with a total value of more than AED 20 billion. Okta Properties also collaborates with more than 1,600 real estate brokerage firms and supports a portfolio of projects of around 4,600 units, based on a team of more than 100 specialists.‎

‎Okta Properties' integrated model connects investment, development, design, brand building, marketing and merchandising in a single ecosystem. This integration gives the company a broader view of market cycles, greater ability to align the product, position it in the market, adjust pricing, and choose the right distribution channels, rather than relying on sales execution in isolation from the rest of the ecosystem.‎

‎Through this platform, Okta Properties has played a pivotal role in the commercial success of a number of landmark projects in the emirate, including Roof Home, Marriott Residences Business Bay, Sky Hills, Elie Saab Edition Jasmine Lane, Moonstone Interiors by Missoni, Octa Isle Interiors by Missoni, Trio Isle Interiors by Missoni and Flora Isle, among others.‎

‎As the Dubai real estate market moves into a new phase of maturity and development, Okta Properties expects that the criteria for success will be determined less by the overall momentum of the market, but more by the suitability of the product to the needs of buyers, the quality of execution, customer trust, and the ability to generate sustainable value over the long term.‎

‎The recognition by the Dubai Land Department and RERA is a record of what Okta Properties has achieved to date, and a benchmark of the level to which the company intends to continue to adhere to the next cycle of the market.‎
