Between 2023 and 2026, the programme created more than 2,100 employment opportunities for Emiratis, reflecting the effectiveness of coordinated national efforts and supporting Emiratisation objectives within Dubai's broader economic development agenda.
This performance reflects the sustained expansion of Dubai's real estate market, supported by growing real estate activity and its increasing contribution to GDP. Over the past three and a half years, the initiative has delivered a notable increase in the number of Emiratis employed by real estate companies compared with the baseline recorded at its launch. It has also strengthened retention by supporting clearer career pathways and professional growth opportunities within participating companies.
At the same time, the initiative has expanded partnerships with real estate companies committed to Emiratisation, contributing to a more attractive, supportive and sustainable working environment for national talent.

Dubai Land Department affirmed that the results demonstrate the effectiveness of the partnership model bringing together local and federal entities with the private sector.
