CHANTILLY, Va., Sept. 14, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Associa, the industry's largest community management company, hosted its 19th Annual Vendor Fair on Sept. 2 in partnership with five of its branches and raised approximately $500,000 for Associa Cares.

The fundraising total included support from sponsors, vendors and individual donors during the event. The annual vendor fair brought together vendors, community and management professionals. Associa branch partners who collaborated for this annual effort were Community Management Corporation, Select Community Services, Legum & Norman, Community Association Services, Inc., and Comsource in support of Associa Cares' mission to assist families and communities in crisis as a result of natural and man-made disasters.

“The 19th Annual Vendor Fair is a powerful example of what can happen when our teams, partners and vendors come together around a shared purpose,” said Danika Knoop, executive director of Associa Cares.“The generosity shown through this event will help Associa Cares provide meaningful support to families and communities when they need it most.”

Now in its 19th year, the Vendor Fair continues to serve as the signature fundraising event for Associa's metro area branches and vendor partners. Through sponsorships, individual giving and participation from across the region, the event reflects Associa's commitment to making a positive impact in the communities it serves. Through this event, funds raised will make it possible to provide up to 230 relief grants to households impacted by disaster. The event's impact also extends beyond direct household assistance, with funds supporting a $10,000 grant to World Central Kitchen to help provide critical food relief to communities affected by the devastating earthquakes in Venezuela in June.
“We are deeply grateful to our participating branches and the vendor partners who helped make this year's event such an extraordinary success,” said John Tsitos, president of Community Management Corp.“Raising nearly $500,000 for Associa Cares demonstrates the strength of our community and the impact we can create when we work together.”

Funds raised through the event will support Associa Cares' ongoing efforts to provide humanitarian aid, often in the form of financial grants, to families and communities affected by disasters.

“As a 19-year sponsor of this event, we are honored to continue our support and contribute to the meaningful work that Associa Cares provides,” said Nathanial Grant, president of GAM Graphics and Marketing.“We value the opportunity to connect face to face with the community managers we work with every day, while also meeting new people and building relationships each year. It's a wonderful opportunity to strengthen our partnerships, foster new business connections and support a great cause at the same time.”
