SUTNTIB AB Tewox, legal entity code 305733600, with its registered office at Jogailos g. 4, Vilnius, Republic of Lithuania (the Issuer ).

The Issuer announces that, pursuant to the Issuer's Base Prospectus approved by the Bank of Lithuania on 13 July 2026 (the Prospectus) and the approved Final Terms of the second tranche of the Issuer's bonds (ISIN LT0000138281) (the Final Terms), the offering of the bonds under the Final Terms in the amount of up to EUR 19 million (subject to increase as provided for in the Final Terms) will be carried out in the Republic of Lithuania, the Republic of Latvia, and the Republic of Estonia from 14 September 2026 under the following main terms (other terms applicable to the offering are detailed in the Final Terms and the Prospectus):

• Nominal Value of a Bond – EUR 1,000;
• Issue Price of a Bond – EUR 1,008.99274 (with accrued interest);
• Final Maturity Date – 21 February 2029;
• Interest Rate – 8.00% (fixed) annually;
• Yield – 8.00% annually;
• Subscription channels – subscription by way of Nasdaq Auction through the Exchange Members (list );
• Subscription Period – 14 September 2026 - 29 September 2026;
• Exchange – the investors have an opportunity to exchange their bonds (ISIN LT0000409567) for the bonds of the new bond issue (ISIN LT0000138281) on a 1-to-1 basis through Nasdaq CSD;
• Issue Date – 2 October 2026.
