Jordan, France Discuss Military, Defense Cooperation
Amman, Sept. 14 (Petra) – Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Maj. Gen. Majdi Harasis on Monday received a French military delegation headed by French National Armaments Director Lt. Gen. Gaël Diaz de Tuesta at the General Command.
Harasis and the delegation discussed strengthening military cooperation between the Jordan Armed Forces-Arab Army and the French Armed Forces, particularly in developing defense capabilities and advancing joint military cooperation.
The meeting was attended by the French ambassador to Jordan, the French defense attaché, and several senior Jordan Armed Forces officers.
