Galatasaray Holds Off Kocaelispor 1-0 to Stay Atop Turkish Super Lig
(MENAFN) Galatasaray held off Kocaelispor 1-0 at home Sunday, preserving their spot at the summit of the Turkish Super Lig after five rounds of play.
Captain Abdülkerim Bardakci struck the match's only goal in the 71st minute, breaking through after the hosts had twice rattled the woodwork and watched an earlier goal wiped out by VAR.
