Drones Attack Oil Refineries In Kuban, Tatarstan Media

Videos circulating online show a glow over the refinery. There have been no official reports of the facility being hit.

The report noted that the refinery in Slavyansk was last attacked in June, when a fire also broke out there.

In addition, drones reached Nizhnekamsk in the Republic of Tatarstan. On the night of September 12-13, Russia's Unified State System for the Prevention and Elimination of Emergency Situations warned of a UAV attack threat in the republic. Local residents reported hearing explosions, seeing drones flying overhead and air defense systems operating.

Nizhnekamsk Mayor Radmir Belyaev said a fire broke out "at one of the city's enterprises" – reportedly the Tatneft refinery.

Several oil-processing enterprises are located in Nizhnekamsk, including Taneco JSC (Tatneft), TAIF-NK JSC, Nizhnekamskneftekhim PJSC and others.

On the night of August 19-20, Ukrainian forces struck the Taneco oil refinery in the Republic of Tatarstan.
