Rescue Operations Completed At Site Of Strike On Apartment Building In Odesa, Two Dead
"Emergency and rescue operations have been completed at the 25-story residential building in Odesa. Two people were killed in the attack. Another 25 people were injured," the statement said.

As reported, a person's body was found while debris was being cleared from the residential high-rise damaged in Russia's September 12 attack on Odesa.
