Russian Shelling Destroys Factory In Rivne Region
“The airstrikes on the Rivne region are continuing. Unfortunately, one of the facilities in the Sarny District has been destroyed,” Koval said.

As reported by Ukrinform, parts of the city of Dubna and the Rivne district were left without power as a result of Russian shelling.
