Ukraine Strikes FPV Drone Production Facility, UAV Warehouses Near Taganrog
Drones operated by the SBU's Alpha Special Operations Center successfully struck:
-
two UAV storage warehouses;
an FPV drone production facility;
a Pantsir-S2 surface-to-air missile and gun system;
a fuel and lubricants storage tank;
a P-18 Terek radar station.
Fires were recorded at all the targeted facilities.
"The destruction of UAV and FPV drone production and storage facilities reduces the ability of Russian forces to use them against Ukraine. This is a direct response to Russia's massive attacks, during which the enemy launches attack drones to terrorize people and strike civilian infrastructure in our country," the SBU said.
As reported, smoke was seen rising from the direction of a military airfield in the Russian city of Taganrog, Rostov region, amid warnings of a drone threat.
