Defense Forces Strike Tolyattikauchuk Plant In Russia's Samara Region
On the night of September 12, units of the Ukrainian Defense Forces struck the“Tolyattikauchuk” plant.
A direct hit followed by a fire was recorded on the plant's premises.

Synthetic rubbers, in particular, are used in the production of solid rocket propellant for tactical and ballistic missiles.
As reported by Ukrinform, the Defense Forces struck the Saratov oil refinery on the night of September 11.
