Joramco Concludes Safety Week, Reinforcing Commitment to a Strong Safety Culture
(MENAFN- Asdaa-amman) Joramco, the Amman-based aircraft maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) facility and engineering arm of Dubai Aerospace Enterprise (DAE), concluded its Safety Week 2026, held from 30 August to 3 September, bringing together employees, partners and industry stakeholders to highlight the importance of safety across the aviation sector.
The week addressed a range of topics related to safety in aviation, including safety culture and employee engagement, health and wellbeing, tools, equipment and personal protective equipment (PPE), emergency preparedness and first aid. The program featured keynote presentations, panel discussions, interactive Q&A sessions, and live demonstrations.
The event also provided an opportunity for partners and stakeholders, including Airport International Group (AIG), Royal Jordanian, The Jordanian Civil Aviation Regulatory Commission, Civil Defense, Royal Health Awareness Society, King Hussien Cancer Foundation, key suppliers, and industry partners, to engage with Joramco employees throughout the five days focusing on strengthening safety awareness, best practices, and emergency preparedness.
Commenting on the occasion, Adam Voss, Chief Executive Officer of Joramco, said, “Safety is fundamental to everything we do at Joramco. Building a strong safety culture requires continuous engagement, shared responsibility and a commitment to learning and improving every day. Safety Week provided an important platform to bring our people and industry partners together around this shared priority, reinforcing the standards and behaviors that underpin safe and reliable aviation operations.”
