Eight More Ukrainians Return From Temporarily Occupied Territories Lubinets
"On September 10, with the assistance of the Ombudsman's Office, eight Ukrainian citizens were able to leave the temporarily occupied territories and return home – to territory controlled by the Government of Ukraine," the statement said.
According to the commissioner, an important role in the evacuation was played by international company MHP, which has Ukrainian roots, and its founder and CEO, Yuriy Kosyuk.
Lubinets thanked them for their support, assistance and concern.
"These are three families that had remained in the temporarily occupied territories for a long time. For each of them, returning home marked the beginning of a new stage – an opportunity to gradually rebuild their lives and receive the necessary care and support after everything they had experienced," Lubinets said.
