Veriworks Acquires Laborworx, Adding A National Skilled-Trades Platform To Its Staffing Companies

(September 10, 2026) VeriWorks, the national brand behind a family of best-in-class regional staffing companies, today announced that it has acquired LaborWorx, a skilled-trades workforce platform, from Oakley Services. LaborWorx will operate as a standalone company within the VeriWorks family, a sister brand to Action Labor, Labor Solutions, and the group's other regional staffing companies. Financial terms were not disclosed.
