About 45,000 Hasidim Have Already Arrived In Uman For Rosh Hashanah Celebrations
“According to the United Jewish Community of Ukraine, about 45,000 pilgrims have already arrived in the city. This year's number of pilgrims is the highest in recent years,” the post states.
It is noted that 50,000 pilgrims are expected to arrive this year.
According to“Suspilne,” thousands of pilgrims prayed for Ukraine simultaneously in the area of the Bratslav Hasidic pilgrimage in Uman. At noon, the pilgrims paused and repeated the prayer that was broadcast over loudspeakers.
According to one of the worshippers, the prayer is called Tikun Ha-Klali.

This year, Rosh Hashanah will begin on the evening of September 11 and end on the evening of Sunday, September 13. According to the Jewish calendar, the year 5787 will begin.
