Salmar - Extension Of Commercial Paper

SalMar ASA (rated BBB by Nordic Credit Rating) has today, 11 September 2026, completed an extension of NOK 250 million on its commercial paper NO0013770180, coupon 5,37% p.a., settlement date 15 September 2026 and maturity date 15 September 2027. Following the extension, the total outstanding volume of the commercial paper will amount to NOK 500 million.
