Four Hurt, Seven Arrested In London Stabbing
LONDON, Sept 11 (NNN-Xinhua) -- Four men were injured and seven others arrested by police following a stabbing incident on a London high street on Thursday, according to British media reports, Xinhua reported.
One of the four injured men is in a critical condition in hospital, while the other three are receiving treatment for non-life-threatening injuries, the Metropolitan Police were quoted as saying.
“At around 2.15 pm on Thursday, Sept 10, officers were called to reports of an altercation,” a Scotland Yard spokesperson said.
A spokesperson for a fast-food restaurant chain was quoted as saying that a“serious incident” had taken place at its Bromley High Street premises and that an altercation had begun there.
The high street is currently closed in both directions from Ringers Road to Ethelbert Road.
