(MENAFN- GlobeNewsWire - Nasdaq) SalMar ASA (rated BBB by Nordic Credit Rating) has today, 10 September 2026, issued two new commercial papers, with a nominal amount of NOK 1,000 million and NOK 250 million, both papers have an issue date of 15 September 2026 and maturity date of 15 September 2027.

Commercial paper FRN:
Nominal amount: NOK 1,000 million, with a limit of NOK 1,500 million
Coupon: 3-month NIBOR + 47 basis points

Commercial paper Fixed Rate:
Nominal amount: NOK 250 million, with a limit of NOK 500 million
Coupon: 5.37% p.a.
