Sharjah’s Real Estate Trading Value Worth AED 4.6 billion Across 9,139 Transactions During August
(MENAFN- MENAFNEditorial) In August 2026, Sharjah’s real estate sector recorded transactions worth AED 4.6 billion, through 9,139 transactions across various areas of the emirate. Total traded area in sales transactions reached 12.5 million square feet, reflecting the continued performance of Sharjah’s real estate market.

9,139 Transactions Executed
Data issued by the Sharjah Real Estate Registration Department showed that ownership certificate transactions recorded 4,804 transactions, representing 52.6% of total transactions, followed by title deed transactions with 2,658 transactions (29.1%), then initial sales contract transactions with 978 transactions (10.7%). Meanwhile, mortgage transactions recorded 430 transactions (4.7%) with a value of AED 654.2 million. Valuation transactions were 269, representing 2.9% of total transactions.
Sales Transactions Across 120 Areas
Sales transactions were carried out across 120 areas distributed throughout the cities and regions of Sharjah, covering residential, commercial, industrial, and agricultural properties. A total of 1,220 land transactions were recorded, while 589 transactions involved subdivided units, 555 transactions involved built-in land, and 2 transactions involved under-construction land, in addition to 1 transaction for agricultural land.
Highest Real Estate Deal in “Industrial Area 4”
The highest real estate transaction recorded in Sharjah during August was in “Industrial Area 4,” involving a land with a value of AED 55 million. Meanwhile, “Al Khan” recorded the highest mortgage transaction involving a built-in land with a value of AED 100 million.
2,367 Sales Transactions in Sharjah
The report indicated that the total number of sales transactions in the emirate of Sharjah reached 2,367.
In detail, the total number of sales transactions in Sharjah City reached 1,676 transactions. “Muwaileh Commercial” ranked the highest in terms of the number of sales transactions with 278 transactions, followed by “Al Sajaa Industrial” with 174 transactions, then “Al Menhaz” with 172 transactions, and “Al Khan” with 144 transactions.
In terms of trading value, “Al Menhaz” ranked first with AED 610.9 million, followed by “Tilal” with AED 356.8 million, “Al Waaha” with AED 349.4 million, and “Al Sajaa Industrial” with AED 332.5 million.
In the Central Region, 555 sales transactions were recorded, most of which were in “Industrial 2” with 180 transactions, which also recorded the highest trading value at AED 355 million.
In Khor Fakkan City, 91 sales transactions were recorded, led by “Hay Al Mudeife 1” with 45 transactions, which was also the highest in trading value at AED 52.8 million.
As for Kalba City, it witnessed 45 sales transactions, led by “Al Tareef 5” with 16 transactions, which recorded the highest trading value at AED 11.5 million.
