Transparency Declaration Notification

In accordance with the requirements of Article 14 of the Belgian Law of May 2, 2007 on the disclosure of significant shareholdings in listed companies, Ontex Group NV (“Ontex”) discloses the notifications of significant shareholding by the Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.

On September 4, 2026, Ontex received a transparency declaration confirming that, on August 31, 2026, the Goldman Sachs Group, Inc., detained 195,688 Ontex voting rights and 2,172,355 equivalent financial instruments, constituting 2,368,043 combined. This represents respectively 0.24%, 2.64% and 2.88% of Ontex's issued shares. The combined holding thereby crossed downward the threshold of 3%.

On September 7, 2026, Ontex received a transparency declaration confirming that, on September 1, 2026, the Goldman Sachs Group, Inc., detained 127,396 Ontex voting rights and 2,344,761 equivalent financial instruments, constituting 2,472,157 combined. This represents respectively 0.15%, 2.85% and 3.00% of Ontex's issued shares. The combined holding thereby crossed upward the threshold of 3%.

On September 7, 2026, Ontex received a transparency declaration confirming that, on September 3, 2026, the Goldman Sachs Group, Inc., detained 21,365 Ontex voting rights and 2,334,211 equivalent financial instruments, constituting 2,355,576 combined. This represents respectively 0.03%, 2.83% and 2.86% of Ontex's issued shares. The combined holding thereby crossed downward the threshold of 3%.
