Matthew Palczynski

Matthew Palczynski's research focuses on vanguard art since ca. 1900, with a particular emphasis on the intersections between painting and architecture. One of his primary goals is to use art in unexpected ways, including for teaching best practices in business, medical and other non-traditional genres. His presentation portfolio includes talks for Renaissance Weekend, The Smithsonian Institution, 92nd St. Y, Philadelphia Museum of Art, The Wharton School, Stanford University, Road Scholar, Calvin Klein, and United Airlines. Matt is an Adjunct Senior Instructor at The Barnes Foundation in Philadelphia and has been teaching at the Tyler School of Art at Temple University since 2004. Through his work, he aims to foster curiosity, inspire creativity, and demonstrate the relevance of art across diverse disciplines.
