“As a result of Russian drone attacks and artillery shelling, there are new power outages as of this morning in the Sumy, Chernihiv, Mykolaiv, Kharkiv, and Kyiv regions. Restoration work is already underway wherever safety conditions currently permit,” the statement reads.

As of 9:30 a.m. on Wednesday, electricity consumption is 1.7% higher than the previous day.
